UH Joint Negotiating and Consultative Committee (JNCC) reports

A Joint Negotiating and Consultative Committee (JNCC) with members from the two recognised trade unions, UCU and UNISON, meet with Management at the University to determine and develop most conditions of employment at UH and address issues affecting staff (based on the National Framework Agreement).

The Information, Consultation and Collective Bargaining policy was agreed by the University, UCU and UNISON in September 2005 and updated in November 2011.  Addendums to this policy are the Five Step Process Agreement and the Trade Union Facility Time report.
