two branch meetings 5 June and 12 June

the branch committee will be holding two all-member branch meetings in June as follows:

  1. Branch meeting on Wednesday, 5 June at 11am for motions

NB – this meeting has been postponed. 

We write to inform you that yesterday UHUCU received a potential legal challenge from two organisations, Academic Friends of Israel and UK Lawyers for Israel, to the motion from a member opposing UH hosting the Maccabi Youth Games this summer.

So we can seek legal advice from national UCU’s lawyers about the potential challenge, we have decided to postpone this branch meeting until further notice.
