Join us at the Protect Education Now national rally and march on Saturday 10 May

National UCU has called a national rally and march in London on Saturday 10 May to protest against the current crisis in post-16 education. National UCU says: “It is our duty to bring together the whole of UCU’s membership to fight back against cuts, attacks in the media, financial mismanagement, and the erosion of professional pride.”

Meeting up

UCU Herts will be attending and meeting up across the road from Pimlico Station on Rampayne Street London SW1V 2JA between 12 noon and 1:00pm. Our banner will be held high (see below) so you can spot us. We will then join the rally and march, the details of which can be found here.

We urge all our members to join the UCU Herts contingent behind our banner and look forward to seeing you on Saturday 10 May. Afterwards, we’ll be going for coffee/drinks and chat.
