WAMS survey – please fill it in by 9 Feb
Members – The University have opened up a survey on the Workload Allocation Model System (WAMS).
There is a link on the front page of HertsHub and in the Herts Weekly Digest email sent today. There are two surveys – for allocators and for ‘end users’ i.e. academic staff.

We encourage you to fill in the survey, especially if you believe it is inaccurately or unfairly allocated.
Is your workload over 100%? Does your Workload Allocation reflect the amount of work you do? Has your workload increased since last year? How fairly is your workload allocated?
As the recent HSE investigation into the University of Birmingham has shown, work‑related stress is a health and safety issue, not a personal weakness, and universities have legal duties to assess and control risks under HSE stress.
